The Vin de Corse appellation (or Vins de Corse, or simply Corsica) represents 1,500 hectares of vines on the east coast of the island and in the Golo valley. It is the most extensive vineyard on the Isle of Beauty, starting just south of Bastia and ending near Sari-Solenzara. This AOC produces red , rosé and white wines.
Venturi Close
Clos Venturi is located in Ponte Leccia. It was created through the partnership of Jean-Marc and Manu Venturi of Domaine Vico, with François Acquaviva. Together, they cultivate 31 hectares using organic farming methods, with a particular focus on local grape varieties .
The estate produces wines of three colors in the Vin de Corse appellation . The main red, rosé and white wines are called Clos Venturi. The 1769 vintage is available in red wine, white wine and rosé wine. It is available in 1769 Carcaghjolu Neru and 1769 Sciaccarellu, two red wines, and 1769 Biancu Gentile, a white wine.
