The estate in a few words
The Ardèche bet
Florence and Olivier Lericheare the owners of this lovely estate located in the commune ofSaint-Marcel d'ArdècheThey had set their sights on theBurgundy vineyardbefore returning to their native region. When they learned that vineyards were available in the Ardèche, near their family, they embarked on an adventure, venturing into these vineyards they knew less well. The vineyard now covers 21 hectares of vines onterracesalso calledside by sidein Occitan. They decided to make the most of the region's potential by renovating old silk mills and converting them into wineries. These former premises were traditionally used for the production of Lyon silk. The thick, vaulted, underground walls provide ideal conditions for aging wines.
