    This great champagne can be enjoyed now and will retain its remarkable freshness after 20 years of aging. It pairs beautifully with fine fish and shellfish such as lobster, crayfish tails in a light broth, or turbot with saffron.

    Owner and history

    This cuvée is produced in exceptional vintages from the finest Grand Cru vineyards of the Montagne de Reims, the Vallée de la Marne, and the Côte des Blancs. The vineyards are managed organically as much as possible!

    Vinification and aging

    Vinification in oak barrels, without malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged for 6 years in the cellar and for an additional 8 months after disgorgement. This Champagne has a dosage of 7 grams of sugar per liter.
