Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Beau-Séjour Bécot is crafted with meticulous care. The grapes are harvested by hand, ensuring rigorous selection of the bunches. After delicate destemming, the grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving the freshness and purity of the aromas. Aging takes place in oak barrels, some of which are new, for 12 to 18 months, giving the wine its structure and complexity.
