Vinification and aging

The winemaking process for Clarté de Haut Brion 2020 respects tradition while incorporating modern techniques. The carefully sorted grapes are gently pressed to preserve their aromas. Fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in barrels, allowing for precise temperature control. After fermentation, the wine is aged on its fine lees, which imparts a richer and more complex texture.
