    The 2019 L'Aventure - Optimus is a deep, almost ruby ​​red. On the nose, aromas of ripe black fruit, cherry, and spice intertwine, evoking the warmth of the Californian sun.     Vinification and aging

    Optimus 2019 is crafted using traditional winemaking methods, blending modern techniques with time-honored expertise. The grapes are carefully hand-selected, then destemmed and crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, allowing for gentle tannin extraction and preserving aromas. After fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels, which imparts complexity and roundness. This carefully controlled aging process allows the wine's nuances to develop while respecting its unique character.
