    Owner and history

    This cuvée comes from vines aged between 6 and 40 years. Each grape variety benefits from a unique terroir: Sangiovese is grown on limestone terraces, Merlot on clay soils, and Syrah on sand and pebbles. The entire estate has been certified biodynamic since 2001.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Delicate destemming and sorting of the finest grapes
    - Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts
    - Aged on lees for 16 to 18 months in barrels, casks and demi-muids
