Robert Parker is one of the tasting critics more influential on a global scale. Born in 1947 in the United States, he earned a doctorate in law in 1973 and practiced law for ten years. He discovered his passion for wine at the age of 21 during a trip to France. It was in a Strasbourg restaurant that he tasted a simple table wine instead of a glass of Coca-Cola, which he considered too expensive. This economical choice led him to change careers a few years later. Indeed, after this revelation, he traveled to France every year, visiting vineyards to taste wines, deepen his knowledge, and above all, indulge his passion.
