For white wines, the grape varieties include Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Muscat d'Alsace, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris d'Alsace. For red wines, the sole grape variety is Pinot Noir. Spanning the Vosges Mountains, the vineyard benefits from sustainable viticulture practices and manual harvesting.
