Chorey-lès-Beaune

The Chorey-lès-Beaune appellation is located in the Côte de Beaune. The red wines are well-structured, supple, with light tannins but plenty of character. Young reds offer aromas of small red fruits (raspberry, Morello cherry) with a subtle hint of undergrowth and licorice. With age, the wines develop more jammy notes, gingerbread, or even leather.
