Pays d'Oc IGP

0 products

The Pays d'Oc appellation remains the largest in the Languedoc wine region and indeed in France, covering 90,000 hectares. These wines also hold the European PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) label. Among the traditional grape varieties used, you'll find Syrah for the reds, which should be cellared for up to five years. Sauvignon Blanc is used for the whites, best enjoyed young with fish, and Grenache for the rosés, perfect for sipping under the summer sun.
