    Owner and history

    Lirac faces the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. This plot shares the same soil characteristics as its illustrious neighbor: rolled pebbles. The vineyard is cultivated organically.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes with destemming and crushing
    - Fermentation (stainless steel tanks)
    - Aged for 14 months (concrete tanks (70%) and oak barrels (30%))
