Pietradonice is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown south of Montalcino. The wine belongs to the IGT Tuscany appellation because its grape variety is not native to the region. The unique microclimate and soil composition allow this variety to thrive.

Vinification and aging

- Aged in oak barrels for 18 months
- Bottle-aged for 6 months
