The nose reveals an elegant bouquet of fresh raspberry, redcurrant, and rose petals, underpinned by a subtle chalky minerality. On the palate, the attack is lively and brilliantly fresh, giving way to a juicy and refined texture. Producer

The vines of Domaine Adrien Renoir flourish on the chalky soils of the Grand Cru Verzy, on the hillsides. This exceptional terroir, characterized by a high proportion of pure chalk and a cool microclimate, gives the grapes a beautiful tension and a subtle aromatic expression. Cultivated organically, the vines draw deeply from this mineral subsoil, translating into the glass a unique vibrancy and a remarkable terroir signature.

Owner and history

Adrien Renoir, a talented young winemaker, has taken over the family estate with passion and conviction. His artisanal approach and respect for the soil set him apart among the new faces of Champagne. Trained by the greatest winemakers, he brings a fresh and demanding perspective to viticulture and winemaking. His commitment to organic farming, his desire to let the terroirs express themselves, and his exacting standards make each vintage a sincere, elegant, and deeply moving wine.

Vinification and aging

The estate favors natural winemaking, without unnecessary additives, to respect the identity of the fruit. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts, in barrels and demi-muids, bringing finesse and complexity.
The "Les Deux Terroirs" Rosé cuvée is made by blending Pinot Noir vinified as a white wine with a measured proportion of red Champagne wine, all sourced from Grand Cru vineyards. Aging on fine lees before disgorgement refines the texture and enhances the mineral expression.
