Maison Louis Roederer , located in Reims in the heart of the Champagne region, is one of the few remaining independent family-owned Champagne houses, established in 1776. Committed to demanding viticulture that respects its terroirs (Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, Côte des Blancs), it is guided by a philosophy of expressing the essence of chalk, freshness, and elegance. The Collection 245 cuvée embodies this quest for excellence: a unique multi-vintage Champagne that reflects both the House's identity and the innovative spirit of its blends.

Tasting notes
The wine opens with a luminous golden yellow hue, enlivened by a fine and persistent effervescence. On the nose, one perceives a harmony of ripe yellow fruits (nectarine) and concentrated citrus (lemon), enhanced by almond and smoky mica. On the palate, the texture is ample and juicy, the bubbles elegant, with a beautiful balance between body and saline freshness. The long and precise finish evokes the chalky subsoil of Champagne and leaves a lingering mineral imprint.

The team's opinion
Collection 245 is a champagne of remarkable precision, where the purity of chalk blends with the richness of ripe fruit. Its silky texture, carried by delicate effervescence and a finely chiseled, saline finish, makes it a cuvée of balance and emotion, perfect for celebrating the quintessence of the Roederer style.
