    Owner and history

The grapes used for Taittinger's Brut cuvée come from carefully selected plots in the Champagne region. The terroir rests on chalky soil, which promotes the extraction of minerality and freshness, qualities emblematic of this champagne. The vines, cultivated in a continental climate, benefit from optimal sunshine for perfect grape ripeness.

    Vinification and aging

The Brut cuvée undergoes a meticulous winemaking process. After fermentation at low temperatures to preserve the aromas, the champagnes rest in the cellars for at least three years. This extended bottle aging develops brioche notes and a fine mousse, offering a delicate texture on the palate.
