    Owner and history

    The Château Bélair-Monange vineyard is located in the heart of the Saint-Emilion appellation. The vineyard covers 23.5 hectares, and the soil is composed of limestone with asterias fossils and blue clay.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Double sorting (manual and optical)
    - Traditional winemaking in temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete tanks
    - Gentle and controlled maceration and extraction
    - Aged for 16 to 18 months in French oak barrels (50% new)
