    Owner and history

    The Château Côte de Baleau vineyard covers 18 hectares, 15 of which are classified as Grand Cru Classé. The soil is clay-limestone and sandy over clay. The average age of the vines is 32 years.

    Vinification and aging

    Fermentation in small stainless steel tanks, gentle extraction without punching down or pumping over. 20% new oak barrels for 16 to 18 months of aging.
