    Owner and history

    On the greatest terroirs of the Médoc, Dauzac exalts its cuvées with 49 hectares of vines (45 hectares in Margaux and 4 hectares in Haut-Médoc). The Château Dauzac label changed in 1924 to an emperor yellow label. It evokes light and sensory experience.

    Vinification and aging

    - Manual harvesting from September 17th to the end of the month
    - Fermentation in small-capacity wooden and stainless steel vats
    - Cold pre-fermentation maceration in wooden vats
    - Aged in French oak barrels, 65% of which are new
    - Glue with vegetable paste
