    Owner and history

    The vineyard comprises approximately 5 hectares. The winery and cellars are located within Clos Vougeot. The vines are on average 50 years old. The vineyard has been cultivated organically since 1992.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Maceration of whole bunches (no destemming) in open vats for approximately one week
    - Fermentation with indigenous yeasts
    - Aged in barrels for 22 months (50% new oak barrels from Nevers)
