    This vintage pairs perfectly with grilled meats with herbs de Provence, eggplant with chorizo, a lovely duck breast with pepper, or even grilled peppers! Best enjoyed at around 14°C from today until 2029.

    Owner and history

    The grape varieties are unusual for the region but reflect the unique character of this vineyard. The vines are located at altitude and face north. This exposes them to very cool nights. The grapes ripen slowly and retain a lovely freshness.

    Vinification and aging

    100% destemmed for the Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% for the Grenache
    Aged in barrels for 10 months then 6 months in vats
