    Owner and history

The vineyard area covers 55 hectares on deep, poor gravelly slopes. 2013 was the first year of organic conversion for the estate.

    Vinification and aging

The grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification is done plot by plot in wooden, cement, and stainless steel vats. The wine is aged for an average of 18 months in Bordeaux-style barrels made of fine-grained oak from the forests of central France. The barrel stock is renewed annually by 35 to 45%.
