    Owner and history

    Located within the Saint-Julien appellation, the vineyard boasts 20 hectares of vines planted in gravelly soil with a clay subsoil. The grape varieties are Cabernet Sauvignon (54%), Merlot (35%), and Cabernet Franc (11%). The average age of the vines is 37 years.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and then vinified in temperature-controlled wooden vats. Finally, the wine is aged for an average of 16 to 18 months.
