    Owner and history

    The vines are cultivated biodynamically and grow in soils rich in clay, silica, and limestone. No fertilizers, chemicals, or pesticides have ever been used. In addition to the 54 hectares dedicated to production, the estate includes 46 hectares of forest, ponds, and meadows to promote biodiversity. The vineyards are nestled within a protected natural setting.

    Vinification and aging

    The winemaking process is carried out with minimal intervention. Aging takes place in oak barrels, in old containers to avoid imparting any particular character to the wines while providing beneficial micro-oxygenation.
