    Owner and history

    Over 80 hectares on the Cos plateau. 50% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot, 1% Cabernet Franc. The estate adheres to the Natura 2000 charter, is HVE3 certified, and is committed to an official conversion to organic farming.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested and double sorted. Gravity-fed operation. Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Progressive extractions and short maceration periods.
    - 1800 barrels in the aging cellar
