    Vinification and aging

    - Green harvesting, leaf removal and manual harvesting with sorting
    - Winemaking in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks
    - Aged for 18 to 24 months in 50% new oak barrels
    - Extraction every 3 months
    - No gluing or filtration.
