Owner and history

Located on the right bank of the Garonne River, the 15 hectares of Château Pavie-Macquin boast a complex terroir, composed of clay-limestone soil, on a plateau reaching an altitude of 100 meters. The excellence of this estate stems from the balance between clay and limestone, which contributes to a high minerality and water retention. Furthermore, biodynamic farming practices, implemented since the vineyard's inception, allow for the full expression of the nuances that this exceptional Saint-Émilion terroir has to offer. Finally, the meticulous winemaking process ensures that each vintage of this Premier Grand Cru Classé B will captivate you with its purity and brilliance.
