Currently, the Château Prieuré-Lichine is owned by the Carpentier family, who have managed to preserve the heritage of domaine While bringing a modern vision, their commitment to quality and sustainability is palpable in every vintage. Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Prieuré-Lichine Winemaking is a true art, blending tradition and modern techniques. The harvest is done by hand, allowing for rigorous grape selection. After careful destemming, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks to ensure optimal aroma extraction. Aging in oak barrels, some of which are new, lasts approximately 12 to 18 months. This process refines the wine, integrates the tannins, and develops its aromatic complexity, all while respecting the terroir's identity.
