    Owner and history

    70 hectares of vines averaging 30 years old on a soil of Garonne gravel from Günz.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested in crates, followed by passing over vibrating tables, with manual and optical sorting, without crushing. A maceration period of 28 to 30 days then takes place, followed by aging in barrels (50% new, 50% one-year-old).
