    Owner and history

    Sang de Roche is the estate's first vineyard plot, located on the northern slope of the village, covering more than 1.5 hectares of clay and flint soils. The vines, around thirty years old, are the first to be pruned in winter due to their low exposure to frost. They are cultivated using environmentally friendly methods that promote biodiversity and soil quality.

    Vinification and aging

    - Harvesting with 10kg crates and sorting in the vineyard
    - Aged for 8 months in vats, followed by light filtration before bottling
