The vines of the Les Loachausses vineyard grow in clay-limestone soils typical of the Grands Crus of Echezeaux, in the immediate vicinity of Grands Echezeaux. The Domaine Anne Gros vineyard is carefully cultivated using sustainable viticulture practices to reveal the subtlety of the terroir. The vines, often several decades old, offer low yields but remarkable concentration, resulting in a precise, vibrant, and elegant wine that is both mineral and full-bodied.

    Vinification and aging

At Domaine Anne Gros, winemaking respects the identity of the vintage and the terroir: hand-harvesting, rigorous sorting, gentle fermentation with moderate punch-downs. This cuvée is aged in French oak barrels, some of which are new, for approximately 16 months.
For Les Loachausses 2023, this method highlights the balance between the richness of the fruit and the woody finesse, ensuring harmonious aging and a faithful expression of the Grand Cru.
