    Owner and history

    Les Caillerets is a very special plot for Bouchard as it was the first vineyard purchased by the family in 1775. This exceptional Premier Cru covers 3.76 hectares of south-east facing vines.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested and sorted in the vineyard
    - Fermentation in stainless steel tanks
    - Aged for 12 to 14 months in oak barrels (30 to 40% new)
