    Created in 2010, the CAP NORD cuvée, Crozes-Hermitage, is a selection of vineyard plots located in the northern part of the appellation. A brilliant blend of concentration and finesse, its freshness and intensity give it excellent aging potential.

    Owner and history

    Domaine Combier covers approximately 30 hectares in Crozes-Hermitage and Saint-Joseph. The vineyard has been cultivated organically since the 1970s. The Syrah vines grow at altitudes between 300 and 450 meters and are around 45 years old.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvesting and sorting of the grapes in the vineyard
    - Aged in oak barrels (12 months) then 12 months in the bottle
