    Owner and history

    Villa Mon Rêve is made from a selection of high-perched vineyard plots (250 meters altitude). The terroir is particularly cool and cultivated organically.

    Vinification and aging

    Hand-harvested at peak ripeness
    Whole bunches (1/3) and natural fermentation
    Aged in 2000-litre oak casks (20 months, without racking)
    Bottled without fining or filtration and aged for 12 months in the bottle
