    Owner and history

    The Domaine Grosbois vineyard covers approximately ten hectares of vines planted in the clay-limestone soils characteristic of the Chinon appellation. This diversity of terroirs allows for the production of balanced wines that are both fruity and structured. The vines are cultivated biodynamically, without synthetic chemicals, in order to respect the natural balance of the soil and promote biodiversity.

    Vinification and aging

    The vinification of the 2023 La Cuisine de ma Mère vintage is carried out using traditional methods, with gentle maceration to extract the fruit while preserving the finesse of the tannins. Aging takes place in tanks, which allows the wine to retain all the freshness and crispness of the Cabernet Franc, without the influence of oak, resulting in a wine that is both delicious and approachable even in its youth.
