The vineyard of Domaine Louis Jadot extends over carefully selected plots, benefiting from a climat temperate climate and clay-limestone soil ideal for growing Pinot Noir. The vines are cultivated with meticulous care, promoting sustainable viticulture that respects the local ecosystem. Premier Cru wines, such as Dominode, come from exceptional terroirs, where each vine tells the story of the land and the climat which surrounds it. This harmony between the soil and the vine is essential to producing high-quality wines.

Vinification and aging

The winemaking of Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Dominode 2024 is crafted according to Burgundian traditions. After a manual harvest, the grapes are carefully sorted before being destemmed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, preserving the purity of the aromas. Aging in oak barrels, some of which are new, lasts approximately 12 months, adding complexity and structure to the wine while respecting the expression of the fruit.
