This Grand Cru comes from two vineyard parcels totaling 2.55 hectares (22% of Les Preuses). Les Preuses is a vineyard located on the right bank of Chablis, on a south-facing slope. It is renowned for its distinctive, ethereal elegance and excellent aging potential.
The nose is very expressive, with aromas of grapefruit, crushed stone, and iodine. The palate is fresh and vibrant, despite an almost sap-like density that makes it an extraordinary wine.
" This is a very classy wine that should be able to be kept for about ten years ." Allen Meadows, Burghound. 92-94 points /100
