    Owner and history

    Haut Bailly II is the estate's second wine. The vineyard covers 28 hectares on sloping sandy and gravelly soils, which promotes excellent drainage.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested and sorted in the vineyard
    - Winemaking in cement vats
    - Aged for 18 months in oak barrels, 50 to 65% of which are new.
