    Owner and history

    The vineyard covers 12 hectares, with vines averaging 30 years old. The soils are clay-limestone.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes in crates
    - Double sorting in the vineyard and at the winery - using density sorting to select only ripe grapes
    - Aged in 100% new, lightly toasted oak barrels for 18 to 22 months
