The Canon-Fronsac AOC is a village appellation that produces exclusively red wines from Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Côt (Malbec), Merlot, and Malbec , the vineyard's historic grape variety. It covers 280 hectares of vines and extends across the villages of Fronsac and Saint-Michel de Fronsac . The wines produced here have a ruby-red color. They offer aromas of red fruit and spices. These are elegant wines, both lively and rich, with excellent aging potential.

Château Mazéris-Bellevue

The Mazéris-Bellevue estate was founded in 1848 by Jacques Bussier . Today, the fifth generation, represented by Diane Bussier , manages the Château. The 11 hectares of vines are cultivated using sustainable practices, the harvest is done by hand, and the winemaking is traditional. The wines are aged in underground cement tanks and oak barrels for 12 to 18 months.

The wine is lively and full-bodied, with an intense color and excellent aging potential. The nose reveals ripe fruit and forest floor aromas.
