    Owner and history

    The vineyard consists of vines that are on average 38 years old. Sandy gravel soils.

    Vinification and aging

    Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled, truncated conical stainless steel tanks. It is carried out separately for each grape variety and plot. The wines are transferred to barrels as soon as malolactic fermentation is complete. Bottling takes place at the château.
