    Owner and history

    This cuvée comes from a selection of plots on the left bank of the Vienne. The Cabernet Franc vines are 35 years old, growing on a north-facing clay-limestone terroir and cultivated organically!

    Vinification and aging

    The wine is vinified in wooden vats and aged for 6 to 8 months in truncated conical wooden vats made of French oak.
