    Owner and history

    The vineyard covers 16 hectares with vines averaging 35 years old. The grape varieties are almost identical to those at Cos Labory: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc

    Vinification and aging

    The winemaking process takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete tanks, before aging in French oak barrels comprising 30% new wood.
