    We enjoy this vintage with venison fillet in red wine sauce, lamb shoulder cooked with spices, or even duck lacquered with orange. Best served at around 14°C after opening for at least an hour before tasting!

    Owner and history

    This cuvée is made from very old Grenache vines grown in the Le Claux vineyard, on Miocene limestone marl. The vineyard is cultivated organically with the utmost care.

    Vinification and aging

    The wine is aged for 12 months in different containers: new barrels, barrels that have held 1 wine or barrels that have held 2 to 4 wines.
