    Owner and history

    The vineyard is situated on a rocky, clay-siliceous plateau with vines that are over 50 years old. The winemakers work the soil with horses and according to biodynamic principles. This allows them to maintain great finesse in their wines.

    Vinification and aging

    - Whole-cluster fermentation in concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts
    - Aged for 24 months in large oak casks and barrels (not new)
    - Very little added sulfites. Unfiltered.
