    Owner and history

    The 6 hectares of Cabernet Franc (54%), Merlot (32%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (14%) vines grow secluded within the vineyard's walls, creating a microclimate ideal for ripening the grapes. Günzian gravel, sand, and clay share a limestone base that contributes to the wines' distinctive character.

    Vinification and aging

    The aging process should last 18 to 24 months in barrels, with approximately 75% new oak, 16% large casks, and the remainder in amphorae.
