    Owner and history

    The vineyard, surrounded by forest, comprises 60 hectares of vines spread across two gravelly hillocks. For the white wine, the Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and Muscadelle grape varieties are used.

    Vinification and aging

    - Grapes harvested in crates with successive sorting
    - Winemaking in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks
    - Malolactic fermentation in barrels
    - Aged for 18 months in barrels (35% of which are new)
