    Owner and history

    Located in a continental climate north of the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation, the vineyard stretches across land reaching an altitude of approximately 400 meters. The climate is optimal, characterized by cool nights, providing ideal conditions for preserving the freshness of the grapes. The 11 grape varieties are cultivated using organic and biodynamic farming methods.

    - Vinification by grape variety, using the saignée method.
    - Partial malolactic fermentation to add more roundness to the vintage
