    This wine pairs well with lamb chops with thyme, beef kefta, stuffed vegetables served with rice, or couscous. Serve at around 14°C.

    Owner and history

    The vineyards reach altitudes of between 330 and 400 meters. They have been cultivated organically and biodynamically since the 1990s. The 11 grape varieties are grown without herbicides or chemicals, and the vines are naturally grassed. All of this is done to allow the grapes to fully express the authenticity of the terroir.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification takes place grape variety by grape variety. Whole cluster fermentation (60%).
