    Owner and history

    Clos Canarelli has mastered the art of preserving local heritage through environmentally friendly farming practices and the production of local grape varieties typical of Corsica. The vines benefit from the cool maritime influence. The choice of biodynamic farming is particularly commendable given the harshness of the terroir!

    Vinification and aging

    Hand-harvested
    Destemming, crushing then fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
    Aged in large oak barrels without fining or filtration
